Legacy

We were at the forefront of the Government of Guam's data processing automation.

Founded in 1980, DMR entered the IT arena when computers occupied entire rooms and computer punch cards were the data processing norm.

We were the pioneering force in the Government of Guam's data processing automation, providing application programming development and consulting to the Guam Department of Administration and the Government of Guam Retirement Fund when the government was just beginning to automate its data processing.

Our history is our strength.

Over the past four decades, we've not only witnessed the rapid evolution of technology but have actively embraced and driven it within the local market. From our early days builidng and supporting the IBM i midrange computer systems to our current position as a leading provider of custom web applications, content management systems, and enterprise equipment, DMR has consistently adapted and expanded our expertise to meet the evolving needs of businesses in Guam and Micronesia. Our long history is a testament to our commitment to innovation, customer partnerships, and our deep understanding of the unique technological landscape of the island.

AS/400 Entry

DMR enters the AS/400 market after IBM introduces the first AS/400.

Web Application Division

DMR launches its Web Applications Systems Development Division.

LLC

DMR converts to a Limited Liability Company.

Merchant Services

DMR expands offering to Merchant Services & Electronic Payment Processing.

First Headquarters

After 25 years of renting commercial spaces, DMR purchases the old “Mini Cafe” building for its Hagatna headquarters.

Dell Partnership

DMR forges partnership with Dell.

Microduct Fiber

DMR introduces Patented Air Blown Microduct Fiber solutions.

OnBase

DMR establishes partnership with Hyland Software, Inc.

Global Partnerships

DMR becomes a Certified Dell Enterprise Architecture Solutions Provider. DMR establishes global technology partnerships.

Ground Breaking

DMR breaks ground for the Tano DMR Building in Barrigada.

Thomson Reuters Award for Project Management

DMR receives Customer Recognition Award from Thomson Reuters for Outstanding Project Manager for DMR's CAMA project with the Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation.

Visionary

DMR becomes an inaugural Visionary donor of the University of Guam, and is recognized as a Visionary Donor in the University of Guam Calvo Field House.

Barrigada Headquarters

DMR celebrates the grand opening of Tano DMR, its new headquarters in Barrigada.

Lenovo Partnership

DMR establishes partnership with Lenovo as a Lenovo Authorized Reseller.

Lenovo Service Provider

DMR becomes a Lenovo Authorized Service Provider.

Solar Infrastructure Upgrade

DMR completes the upgrade to its solar panel infrastructure.

Hyland APAC Technical Capability

DMR receives the Hyland APAC Technical Capability Award

T-MSIS Milestone

DMR's PH/Pro T-MSIS system, developed for the Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services, achieves a milestone in reporting critical data to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Guam becomes the third U.S. Territory to submit data through T-MSIS, which is a federal requirement mandated by the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2020.
